Store Policies
Thanks for checking out my Style Bundles & collection of vintage and secondhand clothing + accessories! Please read 2nd Life Studio's business policies below before making a purchase from my online store.
Shipping
Domestic shipping is calculated by weight and average distance. International shipping is determined by a live USPS calculator. Please email emma@2ndlifestudio.com with any questions about shipping.
Returns
To initiate a refund, please email emma@2ndlifestudio.com within 28 days of receiving your item(s). You will need to pay shipping to get the item back to me, and your refund will be sent once I receive the item. To make up for the cost of shipping, and encourage you to keep shopping at 2nd Life you will receive a coupon code for 10% off your next purchase! I am not able to offer returns for international customers at this time.

In the bottom right corner of your screen, you'll find a pink chat icon. Please feel free to message me at any time with any comments or questions. I'm happy to send you additional photos or a more detailed description for any item, just ask!
Size & Fit Information
In each clothing item's description you'll find the size from its original tag (if there is one) as well as a brief opinion on how I believe it fits. Since clothing sizing is so inconsistent, please consider this information when deciding if the item is right for you & please utilize the chat feature to request any measurements.
